Complaints, Cancellations and Return/Refund Policy

The following is the Refund Policy held by EXPERTLOGIC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED for all its clients. No client is expected from this policy and is liable for it, in case an application is made to EXPERTLOGIC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED for refund.

Complaints

For any complaints or queries in relation to this website, our products or service, you can contact us on this number +92 303 2663187 or on this email support@expertlogicsol.com. We shall use our best endeavors to respond to your complaints or queries within 12 hours of receipt. In case of a complaint for any defective or incorrect product, you must ensure that you share proper and complete evidence of receiving an incorrect or defective product such as receipts, pictures and videos.

Cancellations

You may cancel any order within 3 hours of placement. Post expiry of the aforementioned period, no cancellation requests shall be entertained by us.

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for requesting a refund. This may include factors such as the timeframe within which a refund request can be made. The proof of downloads not made. It's important to initiate the refund request within this period to be eligible.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

In an event when the client changes mind after work would has been started on a project or the client cancels the order after delivery has been made, the client shall be made NO REFUND in any way. The client wishing to get a new project done will have to place an order for one, make its payment as demanded by EXPERTLOGIC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED and receive it accordingly.

Digital Products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products. That said, we're human and we'd like to you be happy with your purchase. So, we always reserve the right to refund ... but it remains in our sole discretion.

Alternative Services Offered without Any Charges

In case the client and the company are unable to identify the issue and figure out who might be at fault, EXPERTLOGIC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED will make no refund of the payment but will offer alternative services without any charges. This rule however, applies only to the situations where confusion regarding the fault of either party continues to prevail or when both the parties might be at fault.

Refund Processing Time

In any case if a refund is issued, it will be processed within 24 hours.
